The Plejades with the 90mm Robtics Achromat from Hubert Hautecler (Boutersem)

M31 the large Andromedanebula with the Skywatcher 120mm, Nikon D5100 and the HEQ5

M42 using my 120mm Skywatcher and the Nikon D5100. The blue-violet halo's around brighter stars are apparent even after PS corrections. This image was a stack of 20 exposure of 15 seconds on 1600 ISO.

M81 and M82 same equipment, exposures were too short and too few. Also the ISO should have been lower

Again M42 this time a picture through the C11 telescope at F/10

M42 by Luc Debeck (5 minuten) with his Canon 550D using the 120mm Achromat without filters, flatteners or correctors. January 2012, Meldert. The glow in the background is caused by light pollution. It should be possible to get the background pitch black, with only with proper (expensive) filters.
