Stage Photography is essentially low-light photography and as such meets a lot of criteria that also are applicable for astro-imaging. It is very demanding on:
- fast, sharp optics with VR
- tricky autofocussing
- zoom capabilities or multiple camera bodies
- noise: high sensor quality
- post-processing
I use the following equipment:
- Nikon D750 body
- Nikon 50mm F1.4
- Nikon 24-80mm zoom F3.5
- Nikon 28mm F2
